After a Bachelor of Business Administrations in London and a Master in entrepreneurship in Paris, Marina Gauthier developed an interest for the sports industry. Passionate about tennis and communications, Marina Gauthier started out at IMG in New York and then at the French Tennis Federation.

For two seasons, she travelled with French tennis player Gaël Monfils around the world on the ATP Tour as his public relations manager. She managed his daily life. She became very familiar with the sports industry, communications and team management. 

Thanks to the family expertise (Marilyn Agency), Marina has acquired a network in the field of fashion and prestige.

Marina starts her own agency in 2017, which offers various consulting and marketing services.
